Effective: 1st July, 2021

Every person wanting to register for a training course offered by Good To Excellence must read this Refund Policy and agree to these rules. By enrolling and paying the fee for the course opted, YOU, the students of this institute, accept and agree to abide by these Refund Policy rules. 

In case of enrolled student deciding to cancel enrollment, following Refund Rules are applicable:

  1. The refund amount shall be based on the following rules:
    • If a written cancellation request by YOU is received before the start of the classes –
      • Then 100% of the amount paid shall be refunded
    • If a written cancellation request by YOU is received after the start of the class and within 1st week of the training, – Then 
      • 20% of the course fee per class (whether attended or not attended by YOU) will be deducted from the amount paid, and the balance amount, if any, will be refunded
    • NO REFUND is applicable or given after 1 (one) week from the start of the training classes
  1. Refund of the amount will happen within 2 weeks of approval of cancellation request by the enrolled student.
  2. Refunds will be paid to the same account from which the payment was made.
